Open Ticket provides both administrative and ticket-related commands to manage your support system efficiently. If this is still not enough, you can use plugins to add even more commands!

π Global Commandsβ
The following commands can be used everywhere in the server. Some of them can even be used in DM.

/panel | Full Explaination | Spawn a ticket panel. |
/ticket | Full Explaination | Directly create a ticket without using a panel. (slash command only) |
/clear | Full Explaination | Delete multiple tickets at the same time using filters. |

The following commands can only be used in valid ticket channels. They allow you to manage tickets easily.

/delete | Full Explaination | Delete a ticket permanently. |

/pin | Full Explaination | Pin the channel to the top of the category. |
/unpin | Full Explaination | Unpin a previously pinned ticket. |
